 We provide quick, accurate appraisal reports using the latest technology to better serve our clients. We contact your customer within 24 hours to set up the appointment to view property, you receive a fax and email to notify you of this status.  The day of the visit to the property, you will also receive an email and fax letting you know if we viewed the property or if it was canceled by the customer, or rescheduled.

Within 48 hours of inspection we try to email the report to the client.  We try to provide 5 business day total turn time from the date you order till you receive the report.

Clients frequently ask if we provide "comp checks or pencil searches". 

 As members of the Appraisal Institute and based on our ethics and federal regulations we cannot provide any prior analysis or opinion of value.

As a service to our clients one of our staff(not an appraiser) will pull the tax records on the subject and provide a list of sales in the subject subdivision for past 12 months.  This information will provide our clients with additional data to make a more informed decision about ordering an appraisal.

We provide no opinion on this data or comments, we have no idea of value until we have viewed the property, completed our field work and research and prepared an appraisal. In no way are our opinions based on any predetermined value or minimum value requests.
